Carrot & Raspberry Porridge – serves 2

A good way to introduce some more veggies into your diet, especially good for babies and children.

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2 cups of liquid (I used 1 cup of water, 1 cup of Oatly Barista oat milk)
  • 1 medium carrot, washed and grated
  • 1 large handful of fresh raspberries (plus a couple to decorate)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (you could also use mixed spice or vanilla)

Mix all ingredients in a pan and warm until thick.

Serve with some extra raspberries and a little more oat milk.
