📝 Step 1: Apply
Complete the short Work With Me form at the top — and tick the box if you'd like a quick 10‑minute phone chat. I’ll reach out to arrange it if it feels like we’re a good fit.
📋 Step 2: Pre-session Forms
I’ll send you a health questionnaire, food diary, and terms of engagement. These give me a head-start before we meet.
💬 Step 3: Initial Consultation (60 mins)
Together we’ll dive deep into your goals, symptoms, medical history, gut health, lifestyle, and current diet. From there, I develop a bespoke plan tailored just for you.
🔬 Step 4: Optional Testing
We can include functional testing if it suits your needs. These tests incur a separate cost, and many clients achieve great results just through nutrition and lifestyle adjustments.
📑 Step 5: Personalised Report
After our session, you’ll receive a detailed email with tailored recommendations, recipes, meal ideas, and a supplement protocol (if you choose).
🔁 Step 6: Follow-up Sessions (45 mins)
We’ll work together every 3–4 weeks to monitor progress, adjust your plan, and build momentum. After a few sessions, shorter 30-minute check-ins may be more effective.

Are sessions online or local?
💻 Online via secure video. I also offer home visits in and around Sidmouth and EastDevon for those who prefer in person appointments or have difficulties with online consults.
Do you provide meal plans?
🥗 Not rigid plans — I guide you with personalised, enjoyable meals that fit your lifestyle. Some people do enjoy having a sample 7 day meal ideas plan for inspiration, we can discuss what works for you.
